The Casio G-Shock Mudmaster GGB100-1B is a high functioning digital-analog timepiece designed for use in rugged environments. The GGB100-1B case is fabricated with high rigidity carbon fiber and a stainless steel case back, ensuring an airtight closure and shock resistance, rendered in black with silver tone hardware. Additional features include an altimeter/barometer, a compass, a pedometer, and a temperature reader, which supplement standard G-Shock assets like long battery life and water resistance. The watch features a filter to protect from particle debris like mud, rubble, and dirt. The bezel is crafted with three layers of fine resin amongst inserts of carbon fiber, which recall portable gasoline canisters that commonly accompany off-road vehicles. The GGB100-1B was built to function well on off road adventures. Our experts feel that the best feature of the Casio G-Shock Mudmaster GGB100-1B is the visible carbon fiber on the bezel, which displays its tough fabrication. The Casio G-Shock Mudmaster GGB100-1B retailed at $380 upon release.
