The adidas NMD R1 PRIMEKNIT Black Multicolor is a colorway of the popular NMD R1 PRIMEKNIT sneaker model that combines the black PRIMEKNIT upper with multicolor accents, creating a distinctive and eye-catching design. The adidas NMD R1 features a lightweight and breathable upper made from PrimeKnit material which conforms to the shape of your foot for a comfortable and sock-like fit. It has a black core that incorporates multicolor accents all through the upper of the shoe. The midsole and outsole are also fully black and feature adidas’ Boost technology which provides responsive cushioning and energy return. Branding elements on the shoe include the adidas Trefoil logo on the tongue and midsole. One of the stand-out features on the adidas NMD R1 PRIMEKNIT Black Multicolor is the EVA midsole plugs on the lateral side of the shoe. Not only do they add an aesthetic appeal to the shoe, but they also contribute to stability and cushioning. These shoes were released for retail in January 2021 for $170.
