The Nike Air Max 2090 Green Abyss is a futuristic-looking pair of kicks that takes inspiration from the iconic Air Max 90 silhouette. The upper base of this innovative Green Abyss Nike Air Max 2090 is composed of transparent mesh with a white grid pattern. It overlays white textile at the midfoot and gray textile at the toe cap. A swatch of black mesh with white deco stitching overlays the base mesh and features white Air branding. A black tongue features a branded teal tongue tag that matches the teal and white pull loop at the heel. Pale-gray TPU forms a stabilizing heel counter. The white foam midsole offers cushioning and houses a teal-tinted air unit. The rubber outsole sports shades of matte black and teal and translucent teal and white. The standout detail that we most appreciate on this singular sneaker is the barely visible Air branding beneath the pale-gray TPU heel tab. The Nike Air Max 2090 Green Abyss was released on February 13, 2021, for $150 retail.
