The Nike Free Metcon 5 White Bright Crimson is a workout shoe that is reinforced with elements to enhance comfort and flexibility for peak performance. This iteration of the Nike Free Metcon 5 is made with a breathable white mesh upper that’s engineered for stretchiness where needed. White overlays make up the toecap and mudguard and run back around the heel. Decorative black stitching attaches the forefoot to the rear part of the shoe, while a small black Nike Swoosh is found under the inner ankle. Bright Crimson accents are found on the top eyelets, as well as on the heel support. The tongue features a pull tab with Nike Free branding, and another Nike Swoosh in Bright Crimson is found vertically on the lateral side of the midsole under the ankle. The shoe’s midsole is chunky and white for extra support, and the outsole is black and white. What stands out about this workout shoe are the Bright Crimson accents, which provide welcome pops of color to the otherwise black and white design.
