The Nike ZoomX Vaporfly 3 EK Eliud Kipchoge Paris 5K is part of a collaboration between Nike and Eliud Kipchoge, a Kenyan distance runner known for his dedication to the sport. The shoe’s design was inspired by Eliud Kipchoge’s belief that there are no limitations. This can be seen in the shape of the sole, which reaches beyond the heel, and in the technology incorporated in the shoe. The midsole extends beyond the heel to reduce impact strain on the inside of the foot. On the other hand, the Nike ZoomX gives bouncy cushioning, while the flyplate made of carbon fiber provides a stiff base that propels the runner forward.
