The Puma RS-X Alexander John The Mixtape is a multicolored running sneaker released by Puma as part of the Puma-RX series. It was a special edition release in collaboration with renowned artist Alexander John. The shoe’s upper is made from leather material with mesh underlays which keep the shoes lightweight and ventilated. It has a vibrant color palette featuring a range of bright colors including yellow, red, green, black, and white which immediately gives the shoe a vibrant aesthetic. Additionally, these Puma RS-X are inspired by old-school Side A-Side B mixtapes and even have a few graphics drawn on including ‘SIDE A’ and ‘SIDE B’ on the left and right shoes respectively. One thing that stands out on the Puma RS-X Alexander John The Mixtape is the chunky sole unit which uses cushioning technology to absorb any impact on your feet, keeping them comfortable for extended periods of time. The shoes were initially released at the retail price of $150 on 4th November 2018.
