The New Balance 990v6 Triple Black decks out the sixth version of the NB 990 in an all-black colorway and a mixed-material upper. Launched to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the 990, the 990v6 boasts a sculpted midsole with ENCAP and FuelCell foam cushioning underfoot. The inclusion of FuelCell technology represents the latest evolution of the iconic 990 and helps propel the runner forward. The "Triple Black" colorway allows the sneaker’s technical upgrades to take center stage without distracting colors or motifs. In addition, the deep black hue makes the suede mudguard appear even more velvety against the mesh underlays. Our experts like the reflective accents, which provide visibility in low lighting, and the metallic silver detailing on the heel and insole because they shine when compared to the "Triple Black" colorway.
