Recalling the colors of Nike's predecessor, the Epic React Flyknit 2 'Blue Ribbon Sports' was released in April 2019 in rich blue and gold. Back in 1964, Oregon track coach Bill Bowerman and one of his runners, Phil Knight, founded Blue Ribbon Sports. Eight years later Nike was born, and the rest is sneakerhead history. This classic colorway is applied to a modern runner featuring responsive React foam and a debossed, pressure-mapped outsole for maximum energy return.
