Charged is Under Armour's cushioning platform from before HOVR: the company lists its three systems in order as Micro G, Charged Cushioning and HOVR, the last introduced in 2018. Under Armour describes the Charged midsole as compression-moulded foam made for responsiveness and durability, and the name appears on running shoes such as the Charged Gemini as well as training and everyday models.
