How do I reserve a pair before I arrive?
Message us on WhatsApp at +34 682 359 943 with the product and size. We confirm availability and hold it for pickup or arrange delivery on the island. There is no online checkout — every order is handled personally over WhatsApp.
Do you deliver on the island or ship?
We offer local delivery and in-person pickup across Ibiza, coordinated over WhatsApp. Delivery to your hotel, villa or accommodation on the island can usually be arranged the same day. For shipping beyond Ibiza, message us and we'll confirm options.
What's your returns policy?
Full-price items can be returned within 15 days of receipt; the customer covers return shipping, and items must be unworn, undamaged and boxed. Clearance and final-sale items are not returnable. Email [email protected] with your order to start a return.
