Kobe Bryant made history during the 1997 Slam Dunk Contest, becoming the competition’s youngest winner. To pay homage his win, adidas re-released the same shoe Kobe wore during the performance. The Crazy 97 EQT Elevation Kobe Bryant '1997 Slam Dunk Contest' features an all-purple color scheme on a soft leather upper, with white accents on the integrated Three-Stripes branding. Mesh panels are included on the side for breathability. The basketball sneaker also boasts orange adidas branding.
