The theme is a reflection of Lillard's self-confidence and individuality, reinforcing the idea that one can be their greatest supporter. The shoe features a primarily black upper constructed from a blend of mesh and synthetic overlays. The fully black upper is complemented by graphic prints of the text ‘I Am My Own Fan’ that appear in white on the tongue and heel area. Branding elements on this adidas Dame 7 include Dame’s signature logo on the tongue, plus the adidas logo and the iconic three stripes on the laces area.
