The adidas NMD R1 Triple Red presents an iconic silhouette from the brand with the three stripes and fiery, unrelieved red. The upper of this bright, eye-catching adidas NMD R1 is crafted from red knit. Thin synthetic tonal overlays form bands across the midfoot on either side of the iconic side-panel 3-stripes made of the same synthetic. Total TPU forms the eyestays that hold the red rope laces to ensure a snug closure. The red tongue tag features tonal trefoil branding, and the synthetic red heel counter features an embossed tonal trefoil. The Boost midsole that offers ultimate cushioning and its stabilizing EVA plugs are also finished in red, and one EVA plug sports debossed adidas branding. This red sneaker rides on a red rubber outsole with lugs and vents for grip and flexibility. Our favorite detail of this sneaker is the only non-read on the shoe, the white Boost foam that's visible through the vents on the outsole.
