The Angel Chen x adidas women’s Superstar 80s ‘Dark Blue Red’ delivers a colorful, audacious take on the retro-inspired silhouette, via the Chinese fashion designer. The lifestyle runner makes use of a navy textile knit upper with contrasting suede overlays in red and powder blue. A neon green adidas Trefoil adorns the white leather heel tab, matching the sneaker’s ghillie lacing system. The midsole combines lightweight EVA with responsive Boost cushioning in the heel, the latter embellished with translucent ‘teeth.’ Underfoot, a high-traction rubber outsole provides maximum grip.
