The adidas Stan Smith Gore-Tex Gremlins Mogwai takes the iconic tennis shoe silhouette and dresses it to look like Gizmo, the adorable main little monster from the 1984 blockbuster Gremlins. These adidas Stan Smith Gore-Tex sneakers are inspired by the Christmastime miniature monsters and sport uppers covered in faux fur. The right shoe has cream-colored fur on the outer side, and brown on the inner. The left shoe's design is the opposite. The color split goes directly down the center of the tongue. Both shoes feature cream laces, but the right shoe features a brown heel tab, and the left shoe has a cream one. Each shoe features a gremlin's eye on the heel tab. The sail-colored foam midsole sports adidas branding, as does the bottom of the sail rubber outsole. Our favorite aspect of this shoe is the way that it is wrapped in Gore-Tex to keep your feet dry. Unlike in the movie, this is a Gremlin that you can, indeed, safely get wet. The adidas Stan Smith Gore-Tex Gremlins Mogwai was released on December 19, 2020, for a retail price of $145.
