The adidas Ultra Boost 1.0 Nebraska is a special iteration of the Ultra Boost 1, a running shoe by adidas. It has a unique color scheme that pays tribute to the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers. The shoes have a fully red color scheme with the only contrast coming from dark accents representing the iconic three stripes and a blacked out underfoot. The upper is made from PrimeKnit material, which is preferred for its lightweight and breathable properties that help improve overall comfort levels of the shoe. It also has Boost cushioning in the midsole which helps with impact absorption and energy return. A standout feature of the adidas Ultra Boost 1.0 Nebraska is the torsion system integrated into the shoe's midsole to provide stability and support during movement in collaboration with the TPU cage that wraps around the midfoot. The shoes were released for retail priced at $180 on the 4th of September, 2020.
