The Brain Dead x ASICS Gel Nimbus 9 ‘Rio Red Apricot’ reunites the partner brands on a head-turning colorway of the retro runner originally released in 2007. Finished in a riotous blend of clashing hues, the upper combines magenta-colored mesh with pink TPU side stripes and PU-coated synthetic overlays in mint green and canary yellow. Dual Brain Dead and ASICS branding appears on the tongue tags and mismatched sockliners. Lightweight cushioning arrives via an olive green foam midsole, fitted with Gel inserts and supported by a hot pink rubber outsole.
