The 'Imma Be A Star' reference—a tribute to a note Harden wrote his mom in high school—was first seen in 2016 on the Harden Vol. 1 sneaker, followed by a return in 2018 on the Harden Vol. 2 design, along with an ad campaign featuring Harden's mom. This Asia-exclusive Harden Vol. 3 iteration features a metallic gold leather upper with sleek black and white accent details.
