A martini olive-colored nubuck upper sits atop a GORE-TEX bootie that sits atop HOKA’s cushioned midsole, which in turn sits upon the brand’s proprietary Vibram outsole. A vibrant blue tongue sits underneath round yellow laces. 3M reflective chevrons are featured on the back heel and tongue tag area and are an additional safety feature. Branding hits are found on the lace holder and lateral side of the shoe. The GORE-TEX bootie has to be the best feature of these ankle-height hiking shoes.
