The Jordan 12 Retro Cherry (2023) (GS) joins the recognizable Jordan 12 lineup in a grade school size with a vintage-inspired colorway. This tri-tone colorway of White, Varsity Red, and Black was first seen on an AJ12 during Michael Jordan’s 1996-1997 NBA season. The Jordan 12 Retro Cherry (GS) (2023) finds inspiration in the original shoe, as well as a similar AJ12 model released in 2009. Like others before it, the 2023 iteration features lizard skin-textured overlays in Varsity Red that fortify the white, leather upper. The sneaker boasts a full-length Zoom Air unit as well as a Phylon midsole. The semi-translucent outsole reveals herringbone designs and tread in a similar pattern. Something our experts love about this sneaker is the minimal branding.
