1993’s Air Jordan 9 maintains claim as the first Air Jordan released after Michael Jordan’s retirement from basketball, but the silhouette wouldn’t receive this distinct color scheme until 2002. It consists of a white leather upper surrounded by Lunar Grey durabuck. French Blue accents can be found on the tongue, lacing eyelets, and Jumpman logo. The design features the AJ 9’s signature inner bootie, single-pull lacing system, and large Air sole units in the heel and forefoot.
