The Maison Margiela 22 Replica High Top Sneaker 'Black' blends form and function for a shoe as elevated as it is comfortable. The shoe's design is based on that of the German Army trainer—notoriously associated with brothers Adi and Rudolf Dassler of adidas and PUMA and their competition to produce footwear for the German troops in the 70s. This high-top iteration of the Replica showcases the military influence with faded Black suede overlays and cream-colored laces. A vulcanized, gum rubber sole and signature debossed branding complete the look.
