The MSCHF x Hot Wheels "Not Wheels™" is a toy car designed as a collaboration between the two brands to pay homage to the type of car many people drive as their very first car. The "Not Wheels™" MSCHF x Hot Wheels was inspired by early Japanese imports in the 1990s. It emulates the beat-up car that drivers can rely on. It features only 3 wheels, as the fourth has fallen off, which also means that it doesn’t roll. The silver car features details like dents, rust, and amateur repairs, including a blue door, a cracked windshield, and writing on the back window that reads "WASH ME." A parking ticket and a metal seat belt hanging out of the closed door are other details. What we like best about this car is the detail and authenticity, as it really captures the essence of an old, reliable vehicle that’s been run into the ground.
