The New Balance 990v3 Stray Rats The Joker Reprise Finale represents a collaboration between three popular brands—New Balance, Stray Rats and DC Comics. Earlier in 2019, Stray Rats and New Balance released a Joker-themed shoe with a color palette taken from the Joker's classic character design. The New Balance 990v3 Stray Rats The Joker Reprise Finale took similar cues but replaced the gray elements with black and vibrant orange. Stray Rats released this shoe as part of a capsule collection that included a T-shirt and sweatpants. Comic enthusiasts associate the Joker with three colors—orange, purple and light forest green. The New Balance 990v3 Stray Rats The Joker Reprise Finale takes all three of these colors and combines them with a black backdrop that hints at the Joker's villainous nature. With the digits "990" on the side, this sneaker joins the rest of the New Balance 990v3 family that's made waves since it first launched in 2012.
