New Balance 991.9 Grey Pink

The New Balance 991.9 Made In UK is compelling because it is a hybrid design that combines the best of the New Balance 991 and 990v3 product lines. Introduced as part of the Made in UK collection, the Grey Pink colourway is an interesting assortment of shades. It is largely a combination of black, white, and grey pigskin suede but is set off by the striking pink on the heel and tongue sections. What makes this colourway so interesting is how the different colours are distributed across the sneaker. The large black swathes on the heel are eye-catching, while the mesh inserts near the front break up the large grey suede section. A solid encap is used for the midsole. Despite merging two designs, New Balance hasn’t forgotten to include its iconic ‘N’ branding in silver and white on the sneaker’s side panel.
