The Nike Air Max 90 Buckle Spiral Sage (GS) is inspired by the outdoors and features neutral earth tones contrasted by vibrant university gold and orange hues. Several materials dress the upper of the Nike Air Max 90, starting with a black overlay from the sole, light celadon leather on the mudguard, and a spiral sage breathable textile on the vamp. A white swoosh is visible on the quarter panels, laid atop an overlay that spreads to resemble a topographical map. The lateral quarter has more styling, including an "AIR MAX" branding and a swoosh imprinted at the center of a compass. An orange molding clads the heel counter and is adorned by swoosh, Nike, and Air embossments in grey. The multicolor lace-up closure on this sneaker is its most outstanding feature.
