The Nike Ja 1 SE Bright Mandarin (GS) represents the first collaboration between NBA star Ja Morant and Nike. This sneaker, sized explicitly for grade school-aged kids, pops with vibrancy and contrast. The upper of the Grade School Bright Mandarin Nike Ja 1 Special Edition features orange mesh for lightweight breathability. Overlays in tonal leather hit the midfoot with medial side perforations; the eye stays, and the heel tab. Darker orange tumbled leather forms the mudguard, and yellow laces close over an orange and black tongue. An orange synthetic heel counter offers stability and support. The midsole, composed of black speckled and sky blue Phylon, incorporates a Zoom Air unit for a springy bounce in the forefoot.
