The Nike LeBron 23 "Grand Opening" is a direct tribute to LeBron James's legendary NBA debut on October 29, 2003, where he wore the Air Zoom Generation. Echoing a Cavs-friendly palette, the shoe features a powerful combination of red, gold, black, and white. The upper is defined by a striking white lion motif leaping across the black and red knit. Golden branding, including the lateral Swooshes and the "L23" logo, elevates the design, which is cemented by the exact debut date, "10-29-2003," stamped on the medial collar.
