Nike SB Blazer Low GT El Camino

The Nike SB Blazer Low GT El Camino Blue takes direct design inspiration from Chevrolet’s late 60s early 70s El Camino utility vehicle, which has then been implanted on the everpresent Nike Dunk Low silhouette. Conceived from the insightful mind of skateboarder and frequent Nike SB collaborator Grant Taylor, this interesting take on an all-action skate shoe arrives in the mixed material composition of suede, canvas and leather overlays that form the shape of the shoe upper, all of which are painted in a complementary assortment of blue shades reminiscent of the cars most famous paint job. Further reminiscences of the iconic muscle car are featured via the shoe's two-tone stripes and industrial retro font that appear on the sock liner and tongue label. Elsewhere, the sole units forgo any nod to vintage cars, but they sport a fan-favourite light gum brown outsole, completing this well-designed and stylish new release.
