The On Cloudmonster 2 POST ARCHIVE FACTION Black is an athletic shoe featuring On’s CloudTec cushioning, a nylon Speedboard for propulsion, and Helion superfoam for a bouncy step. The Black lightweight woven upper features ventilation within the design, and its minimal monochrome Black aesthetic balances the midsole’s chunky, geometric look. Athletic shoe brand On was conceived by former athlete Olivier Bernhard, taking inspiration from the terrain of the adjacent Swiss Alps. Bernhard created prototypes on his own until he arrived at the "running on clouds" feel that he envisioned. The Cloudmonster 2 features a streamlined river inspired silhouette, another symbol of the brand’s Alpine origins. In our opinion, the best feature of the Cloudmonster 2 is its geometric midsole, which gives the shoe a futuristic aesthetic that stands out from other athletic shoes.
