The Under Armour Charged Assert 8 ‘Academy’ delivers a lightweight running shoe offering all-day comfort. The upper is constructed from navy-colored mesh with tonal synthetic leather overlays for added durability and support. Responsive cushioning is provided by the combination of an EVA sockliner and Under Armour’s Charged Cushioning midsole, made with compression-molded foam for enhanced impact protection. Underfoot, flex grooves in the solid rubber outsole promote the natural motion of the foot.
