The Nike Zoom KD 11 GS ‘Paranoid’ basketball shoe is redesigned with a monochromatic light blue colorway for a July 2018 release. The ‘Paranoid’ iteration stems from Kevin Durant’s mindset of ‘appropriate fear’—using the fear of losing what he’s built to fuel and motivate more success and hard work. The sneaker incorporates a flexible sock-like Flyknit upper with a revolutionary combination of a full-length Nike Zoom Air cushioning and Nike React foam.
