BAPE Sta Mesh Cap Blue

The BAPE Sta Mesh Cap Blue is a foam and polyester Mesh trucker-style Cap featuring a white foam front panel that displays the Bape Sta logo in two shades of Blue. The rear mesh panels are done in pale baby Blue, accented by the brim, center button, and adjustable snap back in a darker shade of light Blue. A yellow and brown ape head logo label is attached to the right rear panel. Before launching A Bathing Ape, also known as BAPE, in 1993, Japanese artist Nigo studied fashion editing at Bunka Fashion College. Nigo then went on to work as an editor and stylist at Tokyo's influential men's fashion and cultural publication, Popeye magazine. This formative experience primed Nigo to utilize BAPE to reinvent classic styles, such as the Mesh Cap, in their signature style. Our experts believe that the standout feature of the Sta Cap Blue is its detailed Blue colorway, which distinguishes it from other mesh caps. The BAPE Sta Mesh Cap Blue was released in Spring/Summer 2022 and retailed for $60.
