The adidas Spiritain 2000 Tyrrell Winston, style code KJ7676, is due on 22 October 2026. New York artist Tyrrell Winston has reworked the running silhouette in bright red mesh, with cream overlays carrying a cracked, worn finish and gold accents on the branding, the lace tips and his signature near the heel. A thick sole keeps the chunky runner shape from heel to toe.
What the upper is made of
Red mesh covers most of the upper. Cream overlays sit on top and split that base into separate panels. The difference between them is texture as much as colour: an open textile below, a harder cracked finish above. The cracked finish is a treatment on the material itself, not wear from a previous owner.
Gold shows up in three places: the branding, the lace tips and Winston's signature near the heel. Each one is a small point rather than a second large panel, and together they place the metallic accent across a red and cream upper.
Mesh is what keeps a shoe this size light and lets air move through the upper. Here it also works as the main colour field, so the red carries across most of the foot while the cream panels sit on top of it.
Winston's design
Tyrrell Winston was working with Reebok for years before he moved to adidas in 2026. The Lightblaze POD was his first project with the brand, and the Spiritain 2000 comes next. This pair is part of his first full adidas collection.
He kept the underlying Spiritain 2000 design largely intact and put the weight on the palette. The red, cream and gold version changes how the shoe looks without changing its shape.
It also looks like a different shoe from the Lightblaze POD he started with, and shows another side of what he has been working on since leaving Reebok.
A newer model with early-2000s styling
The Spiritain 2000 is a newer model inspired by early-2000s runners. It is not a reissue of an original shoe from that period. Mesh bases, overlapping panels and thick soles were familiar across that era. This shoe uses that combination as its starting point.
adidas has used the same early-2000s runner language on shoes like the adiStar Control 5. Winston put his own colour combination on the Spiritain 2000, so the shape is familiar and the palette is not.

Release timing and finding the exact pair
The launch is expected on 22 October 2026. The shoe is expected to go up on adidas US on the same day, and the product listing carries that date too, so 22 October is the day worth having ready.
A matching apparel collection is expected to arrive with the sneakers, so this is a clothing-and-footwear drop rather than a shoe on its own. That matters if you were only watching the sneaker side of the launch.
Men's sizing is listed for this edition. To pick out the pair, look for the adidas Spiritain 2000 Tyrrell Winston and style code KJ7676. That code marks the red, cream and gold version.
The colourway also reads Red/Cream/Gold. The model line includes Alumina Court Green, Black Grey Carbon, Grey Matte Silver Black, White Grey Two and White Zero Metalic Black. Checking the code keeps those editions separate.
The exact product is the adult adidas Spiritain 2000 Tyrrell Winston, style code KJ7676, with an expected release date of 22 October 2026.
