The 2026 Jordan 4 Retro OG Bred is reported to bring back black nubuck and Nike Air heel branding, moving closer to the 1989 original than the 2024 leather version. Its release timing is unsettled: November 27 is expected, while the exact product is listed for November 17.

This adult Bred colourway is listed as Black/Fire Red-Cement Grey-Summit White under style code IX8180-001. Release coverage expects adult and children’s sizing for the 2026 return.
Black nubuck and Nike Air return
The reported version pairs a black nubuck upper with Nike Air branding on the heel. Together, those details bring it closer to the 1989 original than the leather-covered Bred Reimagined from 2024.
The 2026 pair is also expected to carry Nike branding on the outsole, as well as on the heel. Earlier release information gave November 28 before a later update moved the expected date to November 27.
Grey and red details
Cement Grey appears on the moulded eyelets and the collar lining, while tonal netting covers the quarter panels. TPU support wings sit at the sides, preserving the Jordan 4’s familiar structural details.
A crimson Jumpman Flight tag sits on the tongue. The polyurethane mediasuela uses two tones and includes a visible Air-Sole unit in the heel; the outsole has a herringbone pattern.
White edging inspired by the original, an original-style hangtag and a box featuring Michael Jordan’s face are also expected.

The exact adult product is listed for November 17, 2026, while current release coverage points to November 27. Both dates remain uncertain; the earlier November 28 estimate shows that the reported timing has changed.
