Nike Air Max 90: what your EU, UK or US label means

A Nike men's EU 42 label is UK 7.5 and US 8.5. A women's EU 40 label is UK 6 and US 8.5. Convert your label, then open the colourway page.
If your Nike men's label says EU 42, the matching row is UK 7.5 and US 8.5. If your women's label says EU 40, the matching row is UK 6 and US 8.5.
Convert the label you already wear, then open the Air Max 90 colourway page and look for that size. The chart is an equivalence, not proof a shop has it.
Men's and women's charts are separate. A US number on a women's label is not the same size as that US number on a men's label.
Men's EU, UK and US matches
Men's EU 41 is UK 7 and US 8. Men's EU 42 1/2 is UK 8 and US 9. Men's EU 44 is UK 9 and US 10.

UK 6 sits on two men's rows, so do not stop at the UK number. EU 39 is UK 6 (39) and US 6.5. EU 40 is UK 6 (40) and US 7.
The larger men's rows stay exact as well. EU 45 is UK 10 and US 11.
EU 46 is UK 11 and US 12. EU 47 1/2 is UK 12 and US 13.
Women's EU, UK and US matches
Women's EU 38 is UK 4.5 and US 7. Women's EU 39 is UK 5.5 and US 8. Women's EU 41 is UK 7 and US 9.5.

Start from US 8 if that is the number printed on your label. Women's US 8 is EU 39 and UK 5.5. Men's US 8 is EU 41 and UK 7.
Half sizes keep their own rows on both charts. Men's EU 38 1/2 is UK 5.5 and US 6.
Women's EU 38 1/2 is UK 5 and US 7.5. Do not round either row to EU 38 or EU 39.
If the label you know is UK or US
Men's UK 7.5 is EU 42 and US 8.5. Men's UK 9.5 is EU 44 1/2 and US 10.5. Men's UK 10.5 is EU 45 1/2 and US 11.5.
Women's UK 3 is EU 36 and US 5.5. Women's UK 6.5 is EU 40 1/2 and US 9. Women's UK 8 is EU 42 1/2 and US 10.5.
Men's US 6.5 is EU 39 and UK 6 (39). Men's US 9.5 is EU 43 and UK 8.5. Men's US 12 is EU 46 and UK 11.
Women's US 6 is EU 36 1/2 and UK 3.5. Women's US 8.5 is EU 40 and UK 6. Women's US 11 is EU 43 and UK 8.5.

As of 3 November 2026, adult EU 41, EU 42 and EU 40 are among the most widely listed sizes across Air Max 90 products. EU 37 and EU 50 1/2 are each listed on 1 adult product. A chart match can still be missing from the colourway you want.
