Style code IX7255-506 identifies the pair in Electro Purple/Black. The 5 November 2026 release date is reported, but the product listing gives 21 November instead. The Foamdome is also reported to be returning ten years after its November 2016 release.
A shell with visible Air cushioning
Purple moulded material forms most of the upper, with black leather at the toe, eyestay and collar. Purple accents continue onto parts of the outsole, giving the dark two-tone colourway a small contrast below the upper.
Multiple Air units are visible in the midsole. The black laces blend into the leather sections, while the molded shell supplies the shoe’s most distinctive visual element.
The Foamdome’s height and substantial build set it apart from a standard basketball shoe. A rugged sole gives the silhouette a boot-like feel, and the molded upper recalls Foamposite without making the shoe look like a typical court model.
