Those bracketed UK labels are written differently from the neighbouring entries, which simply show a UK number. Keep the full label when checking a size, rather than dropping the EU number in brackets or treating the two rows as identical.
A US label also needs its chart designation: US 7 corresponds to men’s EU 40, but women’s EU 38. If US 7 is your starting point, first establish which chart your existing Nike label belongs to before choosing an EU entry.
Even when the UK conversion agrees, the US labels can differ. EU 40 1/2 corresponds to UK 6.5 in both charts, but the men’s US label is 7.5 and the women’s is 9; carry the correct US value into your comparison.
Conversions beyond the compact table
For smaller labels, men’s EU 36 corresponds to UK 3.5 and US 4. Women’s EU 36 corresponds to UK 3 and US 5.5, so the shared EU number does not give you a shared UK or US conversion.
The next half-size has its own exact entries: men’s EU 36 1/2 is UK 4 / US 4.5. Women’s EU 36 1/2 is UK 3.5 / US 6; use that row rather than borrowing the conversion for EU 36.
EU 37 1/2 is another exact label in both charts. Its men’s conversion is UK 4.5 / US 5, while its women’s conversion is UK 4 / US 6.5; there’s no need to estimate a value between the surrounding entries.
Above the compact table, EU 41 corresponds to UK 7 in both charts. The US entries remain different: men’s US 8 and women’s US 9.5, which matters if the product’s size selector asks you to choose a US label.
For EU 42, the men’s chart gives UK 7.5 / US 8.5, and the women’s chart gives UK 7.5 / US 10. If your existing label says US 10, don’t select this EU row without first checking the chart designation.
Men’s US 10 instead corresponds to EU 44 / UK 9. At that same EU 44 label, the women’s chart reads UK 9 / US 11.5; this is a label conversion, not a recommendation about fit or changing size.
