Nike Metcon size conversion: match EU, UK and US labels

Men’s UK 6 covers two EU sizes, while US 8 changes between charts. Use the matching men’s or women’s conversion before checking a live Metcon listing.
Nike’s men’s chart gives UK 6 for both EU 39 and EU 40, distinguishing them with bracketed EU numbers. A US 8 label also changes meaning across charts: it equals men’s EU 41, but women’s EU 39.

Women’s conversions and half sizes
The women’s chart gives different US equivalents from the men’s chart. Women’s EU 39 is UK 5.5 and US 8, while EU 40 is UK 6 and US 8.5.
The half-size rows show the same chart-specific mapping. Women’s EU 36 1/2 corresponds to UK 3.5 and US 6, while EU 40 1/2 corresponds to UK 6.5 and US 9.
