Returns Policy

At HYPEIBIZA we accept returns within 15 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to request a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason.
2. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item using protective outer packaging.

Conditions

• No worn, damaged, or used items.
• Items must be received in perfect condition, protected inside a box.
• If packaging is damaged or the item is damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging, no refund will be issued.

Refunds

After inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Timing may vary by bank.
