The root policy names the listed Europe countries, Rest of the World Zone 1 countries, and individual rate-heading destinations. It omits the Netherlands from the Europe list, so NL remains unknown. Do not infer destinations from "the rest of the non-EU countries" in Zone 2. Shipping to Kazakhstan (KZ), Ukraine (UA), and Russia (RU) is suspended. Processing adds 1-2 days. Island and remote-area deliveries can take longer. Unresolved requested country checks: AE, BR, MX, NL, NZ, SA.
