About this product
The Birkenstock Milano, made for kids in a narrow fit, comes in taupe, a quiet muted grey-brown short of both sand and deep brown. Velour leather gives the upper a short soft nap and a matte face rather than a gloss, and the pile can look slightly flattened where it is rubbed. The sole is synthetic. Leather lines the inside, smooth at first and able to take a faint, mild sheen with regular use.
