About this product
2025 saw the men's Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Lift Double Stack Hi arrive in black and white. Canvas makes the upper. That cloth is a tight weave with a matte face, a dry hand-feel, and creases that follow repeated bending instead of a glossy finish. Marquis Mills designed the original Chuck Taylor All Star silhouette that this lace-up belongs to. Laces close it. The sole is EVA foam and rubber, the lining is textile, and there is a contoured insole. Black and white form a stark pairing: one tone takes in light and the other throws it back, so the contrast stays clear in daylight and under indoor lamps, beside denim, grey knitwear, or unbleached cotton. With use, the canvas weave can grow a softer nap along those creases while the threads stay visible.
