About this product
Silver is the colour on the Dr. Martens 1460 lace-up boots, given as a silver colourway. Leather is the upper, a tanned animal hide cut and stitched for boots and dyed to carry colour. A zip closes the boot. The sole is synthetic, moulded from a man-made compound and set under the boot. Imitation leather and textile form the lining: a coated stand-in for hide, plus cloth. Textile there is cloth, separate from the hide of the upper. The boots are made for unisex wear.
