2023 was when Under Armour's HOVR Ridge 'Harbor Blue Lime' came out. On the HOVR silhouette, Downpour Grey meets Harbor Blue. Downpour grey is a cool, weather-like grey that stays subdued, and harbor blue is a clear blue with some depth, closer to open water than to navy. Together they stay calm: the grey softens the blue, and the blue keeps the grey from looking flat.
