The official delivery help calls the country and rate page a complete list. It names 61 destinations. Iceland is absent from that closed list. US minimum order is $100; the table also shows a below-$100 rate. Canada minimum is C$100. UK and Switzerland prices include local tax; non-EU fees and product restrictions can apply. The official calculator lists 69 destinations, including Mexico (MX). Purchase conditions explicitly say orders cannot ship to Mexico. No source establishes which rule is current. Leave MX out of both countries and exclusions, and keep this record partial. The five other explicit country exclusions are Argentina (AR), North Korea (KP), Myanmar (MM), the Philippines (PH), and Venezuela (VE). The terms exclude Ceuta and Melilla. The Canary Islands have a separate EUR 15 CTT Express rate. Mailboxes and military bases are not delivery addresses. Standard rates and transit appear in the Markdown report. Raffle rates are separate: DE and IT EUR 12; PT EUR 6; Azores and Madeira EUR 15; GB EUR 14.90; US USD 25.
