About this product
The Merrell Speed Strike 2 Mid Gore-Tex Black Purple arrived in 2024 as a women's model combining black and purple. Its ripstop upper uses a fabric construction with reinforcing threads arranged in a grid, designed to limit the spread of small tears. GTX technology adds a membrane that helps keep water out while allowing water vapour to escape. Against black, purple provides a distinct colour contrast; neutral clothing can keep that combination central, while other purple pieces can create a coordinated outfit.
