The root policy names the listed Europe countries, Rest of the World Zone 1 countries, and individual rate-heading destinations. It omits the Netherlands from the Europe list, so NL remains unknown. Do not infer destinations from "the rest of the non-EU countries" in Zone 2. Shipping to Kazakhstan (KZ), Ukraine (UA), and Russia (RU) is suspended. Processing adds 1-2 days. The official calculator lists 69 destinations, including Mexico (MX). Purchase conditions explicitly say orders cannot ship to Mexico. No source establishes which rule is current. Leave MX out of both countries and exclusions, and keep this record partial. The five other explicit country exclusions are Argentina (AR), North Korea (KP), Myanmar (MM), the Philippines (PH), and Venezuela (VE). The terms exclude Ceuta and Melilla. The Canary Islands have a separate EUR 15 CTT Express rate. Mailboxes and military bases are not delivery addresses. Standard rates and transit appear in the Markdown report. Raffle rates are separate: DE and IT EUR 12; PT EUR 6; Azores and Madeira EUR 15; GB EUR 14.90; US USD 25. An older help article says Spain and Portugal arrive 24-48 hours after dispatch; the current calculator gives different country-specific transit estimates. Unresolved requested country checks: AD, BR, MX.

About this product
A leather upper gives the New Balance 9060 Triple Black Leather a continuous surface with a different visual weight from woven fabric. Leather commonly forms creases where it bends, and its care differs from that of mesh or suede. This men's 9060 launched in 2023 with an all-black colour combination. Laces provide the fastening, while a textile lining and synthetic sole complete the construction. The uniform colour keeps attention on surface texture rather than contrasting hues. For clothing, charcoal and black maintain a dark palette, while light grey or cream creates a more pronounced separation. Blue denim offers another neutral-leaning companion without repeating the shoe's colour throughout the entire outfit.
