About this product
Turbulence and India Ink sit together as a deep muted pairing, a cool grey-blue set against a near-black ink tone, reading as elevated neutrals rather than a sharp contrast. New Balance places that MiUK combination on the 991, and the shoe is made in the UK. Those two tones stay close in value, so the shoe looks low-key from a distance.
