The Nike Dunk Low Leaf Veins is a variation of the classic Nike low top basketball sneaker, rendered in nature inspired colors. The Nike Dunk first debuted in 1985 as a basketball sneaker. Since then, the silhouette has proved to have longevity and popularity across multiple functions, and has been rendered in numerous color variations. To commemorate Hangul Day, a Korean holiday honoring the Korean alphabet, Nike released a collection in a muted color palette, which included the Leaf Veins combination of white, gray, and green. The base is crafted from stone-hued suede, contrasted by white ripstop nylon at the toe and mid interior. The Nike Swoosh in Leaf Green adorns the sides, complemented by Leaf Green branding on the tongue and rear heel. Tying it all together are the white and stone midsole and outsole.
